When patients come to Dr. Sran, they’re often searching for a permanent solution to replace missing or failing teeth — something that feels natural, looks beautiful, and restores the confidence to smile again.
While traditional implants are excellent for replacing single teeth, the cost and time can add up when multiple teeth are missing. Dentures, though more affordable, often feel loose, limit food choices, and can irritate the gums.
That’s why Dr. Sran focuses on All-on-X implant restorations — an advanced approach that replaces an entire arch of teeth using as few as four to six implants. This technique provides incredible strength, stability, and a fixed, natural feel that dentures simply can’t match.
At our office, every step of your treatment is completed under one roof. We have a full in-house digital lab, which allows us to design, customize, and create every part of your new smile right here in our office.
Dr. Sran personally plans your case, designs your smile, shows you your digital plan, and completes the entire procedure from start to finish. Nothing is outsourced — giving you consistency, precision, and complete quality control.
Using advanced 3D scanning, guided surgery, and digital smile design, we create results that are both functional and beautiful. In many cases, patients can even leave the same day with a fully functional, natural-looking set of teeth.
All-on-X treatment isn’t just about restoring teeth — it’s about restoring confidence, comfort, and quality of life, with a process that is fully designed and delivered by Dr. Sran.
— Dr. Sran

Every full-arch implant case I complete is carefully planned and customized to each patient. While there are several systems and techniques available, the process below outlines how I typically perform All-on-X (such as All-on-4 or All-on-6) treatments at my office.
Step 1: Comprehensive Consultation & 3D Evaluation
We begin with a detailed consultation and a 3D scan of your mouth. This allows me to assess your bone structure, gum health, and overall anatomy. During this visit, we’ll also discuss your goals, smile design preferences, and bite alignment — so your final result looks and feels completely natural.
Step 2: Digital Planning & Surgical Guide Design
Using advanced digital software, I create a virtual simulation of your mouth to determine the exact placement and angulation of each implant. A custom surgical guide is then fabricated to ensure precise, minimally invasive placement on the day of surgery.
Step 3: Implant Placement & Temporary Teeth
On surgery day, I place the implants — typically four to six per arch, depending on bone support and stability. If needed, any remaining teeth are removed and the bone is shaped for optimal fit. In most cases, temporary teeth are attached the same day so you leave with a confident, functional smile while the implants integrate with your bone. A soft food diet is important during this healing period to protect the integration process.
Step 4: Final Smile Delivery
After about three months, once the implants have fully fused with your jawbone, we replace your temporary restoration with a custom, permanent prosthetic. This final set is crafted for long-term strength, natural esthetics, and perfect comfort — giving you a smile that truly feels like your own.

Implant-supported dentures allow patients to walk into the dental office needing a full or partial arch and leave the same day with a completely restored smile. Although the implants and temporary teeth can often be placed in a single visit, the full treatment process involves a healing phase known as osseointegration, during which the implants fuse with the jawbone for long-term stability.
It’s essential to choose a dental office equipped with advanced 3D imaging and digital planning technology to ensure accurate placement and successful same-day outcomes.
The cost of same-day dentures can vary depending on several factors, including the location of the dental practice, the materials used, and whether additional procedures such as tooth extractions or bone contouring are required.
Although the upfront investment may seem higher, same-day dentures are typically more cost-effective than replacing each tooth individually. They also offer superior strength, fit, and longevity compared to traditional removable dentures, providing patients with a more natural appearance and greater day-to-day comfort.
If you need a full mouth reconstruction or complete arch replacement, All-on-4 implant-supported dentures may be the ideal solution. This advanced treatment provides a permanent, stable alternative to removable dentures and is designed to restore both function and esthetics in a single, streamlined procedure.
During your consultation, your dentist will evaluate your overall oral health and use 3D imaging to assess your jawbone density and anatomy. If you currently wear traditional dentures, some bone loss may have occurred — but this can often be managed with modern grafting or angled implant techniques.
Choosing an experienced implant provider is key to ensuring optimal results, long-term stability, and a smile that feels completely natural.

This treatment involves placing implants into your upper and/or lower jaw to support an overdenture that rests directly on your gums. The removable overdenture is secured to the implants using retentive attachments. Implant-retained tissue supported dentures are considered the standard of care for fully edentulous patients.
This treatment involves the overdenture connecting to retentive attachments on a metal bar that is attached to implants in your upper and/or lower jaw. The removable overdenture is secured to the bar using attachments that are directly fabricated into the denture.
This treatment involves securing the overdenture and bar as a single framework with screws to implants in your upper and/or lower jaw. The overdenture can only be removed by a Dental Clinician and closely resembles natural teeth as it does not have flanges and does not rest on the gums.
This treatment involves placing implants into your upper and/or lower jaw to support a single tooth.
